Dear Neighbor,
While I look forward to having a face to face conversation with you soon, I want to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself, and to share with you the reasons why I want to become your representative on the City of North Miami Beach Council, Seat 3.

I come from humble beginnings that instilled in me a value for hard work and the accomplishment one receives from pulling yourself up by your bootstraps. I graduated from the top of my class in high school, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Public Management. I felt a calling to give back to my community and as a result I pursued a Law Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. I have also volunteered for numerous organizations and civic boards. Currently, I serve as the Vice-Chair of the Miami-Dade County Small Business Advisory Board.

I have known the hardship of waking up every day worrying about paying the bills and making ends meet. I have known what it means to be concerned about the safety of our streets, schools and public parks. I have watched jobs and other growth opportunities go to neighboring cities and not come our way. These experiences have helped guide my perspective on what the role of government should be in serving the people

However, the most valuable tool that I can bring to the NMB council is a patient, listening ear. I promise to never lose sight that I am on that dais to serve you and the needs of our community.

On May 5th, please vote Michael Joseph (Punch #70) and the promise of a new vision for our community. I promise to work hard until our city, our neighborhoods, and our streets become a model of the American Dream. Thank you in advance for your support. Together we will deliver on the promise of a New Vision for Our Community!
Sincerely,

Michael Joseph, Esq.
